Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Finance , handle accounting, financial and payroll related issues, statutory, management reporting requirements, audit and control.
• Review and formulate finance policies and procedures
• Assist in planning, organizing and executing financial tasks and projects of the F&B and club and review, evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals and responsible for team development
• Lead and mentor the Finance team, to complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage year end audit process, to provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization, attend to audit queries

Requirements

• ACCA , Degree in Accountancy, Business Finance or any related discipline
• Plus point to be CPA Singapore equivalent certified
• Possess good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous , hands on , self motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight reporting deadlines
