Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for finance function of Business Units in charge of Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities
2. Responsible for costing/ pricing calculation and system setup/ maintenance
3. Responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities
4. Responsible for analyzing and presenting monthly financial performance with senior management team
5. Responsible for annual budget preparation for Business Units
6. Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements/ regulations, including but not limited to statutory accounts, tax and other business filings
7. Responsible for all liaising work with internal/external auditors, banks, tax agents and other statutory bodies
8. Responsible for all maintenance and update of SOP for the Product Costing and Marketing & Licensing activities
9. Responsible for review and continuous improvements works related to processes in Business Units
