Job Description - Finance Manager

Oversee and manage finance operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and alignment with group financial policies.
Lead and mentor the finance team across regions, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
Be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across all entities.
Review and prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and analysis for senior management.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory filings and audits.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes across the group.
Manage funding requirements, cash flow planning, and other operational finance activities.
Undertake additional ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience leading a finance team and being the primary person in charge of finance operations.
Experience with group consolidation and multi-entity reporting is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across countries.
Relevant accounting degree/diploma and professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA) will be advantageous.
Proficiency in accounting software systems; familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage.
