Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting, management and reporting of fixed assets.
• Ensure accurate asset records and compliance with applicable accounting policies and standards.
• Provide accounting and operational guidance on fixed asset matters to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee asset confirmation exercises, year-end closing and audit-related activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support digitalisation, automation and the use of technology to streamline financial processes.
• Review and enhance financial procedures, guidelines and SOPs.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Drive improvement initiatives and support other finance-related projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably with fixed assets management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and fixed asset management.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage improvement projects or workstreams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP, AI tools, data analytics/visualisation or RPA will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently.

Duration/Working Hours

1 year contract (Immediate) 

Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6.00pm; 

Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
