Finance Manager

Job Description

• Oversee the entire reporting, finance and accounting operations of the Group, ensuring all financial statements are prepared in accordance with the respective standards and timeline
• Manage finance & accounting teams in all local and oversea subsidiaries
• Manage the preparation of financial analysis, with focus on financial KPI’s as set by the operations, for discussion with the management team.
• Responsible for internal controls and review periodically to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
• Liaise with sponsor, auditors, bankers, government authorities, corporate secretarial agent, tax agent etc.
• Take ownership of the Group’s financial strategy with regards to planning and analysis
• Analyse the Group’s top and bottom line, implement strategies to reduce costs through improving efficiency.
