Finance Manager - Asset Management

About the Company
We are partnering with a Singapore-based investment management firm to hire a Finance Manager to join its lean and high-performing finance team. The firm is an established fund manager with global investment activities and operates across Singapore, the UK and the US.

Role Overview
This role sits within a small but highly visible finance function and reports directly to the Financial Controller. The successful candidate will take ownership of a broad remit spanning fund operations, management reporting, regulatory compliance and tax coordination across multiple jurisdictions. A key aspect of the role is working closely with external service providers including fund administrators, auditors, tax advisors and corporate secretaries, while ensuring accurate review, control and consolidation of all outputs.

The role also involves preparing management accounts and consolidated reporting packs, supporting statutory audit processes, coordinating MAS and other regulatory filings, and overseeing fund-related activities such as NAV reviews, capital activity and investor reporting. In addition, the Finance Manager will support ongoing process improvements and contribute to system and control enhancements as the platform continues to scale.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with around 5-8 years of experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 training and in-house or fund administration exposure. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/SFRS) and familiarity with private equity fund structures will be important, along with the ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving and multi-jurisdictional environment.
