Finance Manager cum HR

Responsibilities:

• Department Management: Oversee the finance, HR, and admin departments and provide leadership and support to the team.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, analyze performance, and provide insights to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure effective cash flow management and implement strategies for cash optimization.
• Inventory & Costing: Oversee inventory management and control costs across the business.
• GST & Audit: Ensure accurate GST submissions and coordinate audit reporting.
• Grant Applications: Manage the preparation and submission of grant applications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have manufacturing background
