FINANCE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with accounting processing, tax planning, fund financing of bulk commodity trade and supply chain, able to provide effective suggestions;

2. Possess treasury management capabilities in overseas and cross-border trade, and be responsible for the overall management of funds and assets;

3. Develop channels for fund raising domestically and internationally, and have relatively objectively control risks in front-office operations;

4. Responsible for the group's audit work;

5. Ability to review and analyze group financial statements;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, investment, finance, finance and other related majors; more than 10 years of relevant work experience in the commodity field

2. Have extensive resources of domestic and overseas financing channels (including banks, trusts, securities firms, etc.); familiar with the credit approval process and risk control points of various banks; clear understanding of various financing tools and financing plans in the market, and reasonable financing allocation and Channels, able to design structured financing products;

3. Familiar with policies and regulations of domestic and overseas capital markets, have a profound understanding of exchange rates and interest rates in the international market, have keen investment judgment capabilities, strong data analysis capabilities, familiarity with financial models, financial statements, and corporate valuation methods; 

4. Honest and trustworthy, with a sense of responsibility and strong team management ability, excellent comprehensive quality, and strong ability to withstand pressure;

5. Good business communication and entertainment skills, and coordination abilities.

财务总监 

岗位职责：

1、熟悉大宗商品贸易及供应链的账务处理、税务筹划、资金融通、以及能够提供有效建议； 

2、在海外及跨境贸易中具备司库管理能力，负责资金、资产的全盘管理工作；

1. 在境内外能开发资金募集渠道，对前台业务有比较客观的风险把控；

4、负责全集团审计工作；

5、对集团报表有复核、分析能力；

任职要求：

1. 工商管理、投资、金融、财务等相关专业本科以上学历；大宗商品领域10年以上相关工作经验
2. 有广泛的境内外融资渠道的资源（包括银行、信托、券商等）；熟悉各银行授信审批的流程及风控要点；清楚了解市场上各种融资工具及融资方案，合理的融资配置和渠道，能设计结构化融资产品；
3. 熟悉国内外资本市场的政策、法规，对国际市场的汇率、利率有深刻了解，有敏锐的投资判断能力、较强的数据分析能力、熟悉财务模型、财务报表及企业估值方法 ；
4. 诚实守信，有责任感、有较强的团队管理能力，综合素质优秀，具有较强的抗压能力；
5. 有较好的商务应酬能力，良好的沟通协调能力。
