Finance Manager - Immediate Start

Job Description:

• Oversee and review works done by the finance team, set goals and objectives
• Oversee Financial and Accounting system controls and standards used by the Group
• Ensure timely provision of Group consolidated financial and statistical reports for management
• Assist in the preparation of the yearly Budget 
• Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals to improve profitability 
• Analyse revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Analyse markets for business opportunities
• Analyse and assess the impacts of decisions on the financial position of the organisation
• Constantly review internal controls and processes for improvement
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
• Plan and coordinate annual Group financial audits and compliance audits 
• Liaise with tax agents and review tax filing (including but not limited to Corporate Tax, GST, WHT, and Stamp Duty)
• Liaise with the Corporate Secretary and any other adhoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or ACCA
• Good knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxes and relevant regulations.
• High integrity, meticulous with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
