Finance Manager (Investment Firm)

Our client who is an investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance functions.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include;

1. Responsible for monthly closing and preparation of managementreports of the fund manager.
2. Work with external service providers to prepare and review the quarterly financial reports of the venture capital and other private fund entities.
3. Review and manage payroll, expense payments, distributions and cash assets across various entities.
4. Prepare and manage audit and regulatory reports such as MAS quarterly and annual Survey.
5. Work with HR and external tax advisor to review and manage IRAS tax submissions such as Form C, IR8A and GST.
6. Liaise with lawyers and corporate secretary for legal related matters.
7. Assist in ad-hoc and administrative duties when necessary.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA qualification is a plus)
2. At least 6 years of relevant experience in the investment / asset management industry is required.
3. A detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
