Finance Manager - IT Industry / Japanese MNC / West / Sage System

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with other department heads, ensuring all departments stay on track with financial objectives.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Assess and manage investment opportunities, financial risks, and funding activities.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for financing projects or company expansion.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or professional degree (ACCA, CA, CPA).
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in financial management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with demonstrated progression in financial responsibility.
