Finance Manager (Medical Device) - Urgent Hire

The Company

Our client is a highly reputable Medical Device Firm. They are seeking to hire a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of accounting for Singapore and Indonesia entities, including managing a team, closing accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually, and preparing reports. You will manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and resolving billing issues. In this role also involves financial reporting and control, including submitting reports, analyzing variances, and ensuring proper internal controls. Cash management, inventory management, costing, and tax compliance are also key aspects of the job. You will liaise with various internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other departments. In addition, provide leadership on ad-hoc projects and offer technical expertise on accounting matters.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA with the following related experiences:

• At least 8- 10 years of experience in accounting and finance experience.
• In-depth working experience managing full sets of accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Good working experience managing finance teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
