Finance Manager (MNC up to ₱200,000) - Rapid Progression

Our client in manufacturing industry with global presence is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. 
• Manage cash flow and liquidity by forecasting cash needs, monitoring cash balances, and optimizing cash resources. 
• Implement effective cash management policies and procedures to maximize returns on idle cash and minimize borrowing costs.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify control weaknesses and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on Philippine tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all tax requirements, including VAT, income tax, and withholding tax.

Requirements:

• ACCA/CPA or Degree in Accounting
• At least 8 years working experience in relevant role
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with stakeholders and leading a finance team. 
• Qualified to work in Philippines without work pass sponsorship.
