Job Description - Finance Manager - Professional Development Opportunities

We are seeking a resourceful Finance Manager to join our cohesive team at LGB Somerset Investment Pte. Ltd. in Somerset, Central Region.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day accounting functions and other responsibilities assigned by the Management, including month end closing, preparation, review and analysis of management accounts, consolidation of accounts, preparation of financial and management reports, budgets and cashflow forecast. Corporate finance matters, restructuring & corporate exercises, feasibility studies, budgets, cash flow projections, financial analysis and evaluation of performances, variance analysis, cost control also fall within the remit of the role.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers etc.
  • Liaise with IRAS & any authorities in Singapore.
  • To prepare and submit GST/ECI.
  • To support in projects and request from HQ.
  • To ensure smooth audit process so that the statutory deadlines are met.
  • To ensure all submission deadlines for tax related matters are met.
  • To ensure the accurate and timely management accounts are prepared.
  • To ensure no payment being rejected due to deficit fund.
  • To monitor and ensure maximise returns with the available surplus funds.
  • To ensure all the advances or payment on behalf to interco are settled / capitalised before year end closing.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

 

Requirement

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Min. 5 years of working experience.
  • Experience in regional real estate financing, investment holding company and family office is an added advantage.
  • Excellent management financial reporting skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in highly flexible and fast-paced environment.
