Finance Manager - Rapid Progression

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Finance Management Lead to join the team.

Brief Job Description & Responsibilities 

• The candidate is assisting CFO to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting duties, including daily accounting operations.   

• The candidate will be responsible for : 

•          Full spectrum of financial and management accounting

•          Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast, including annual budgets, mid-term business plan and performance indicators

•          Business savvy, able to review and analyze the monthly financial and management reports and make sound financial judgment for near and long-term business planning.

•          Engage in ongoing cost efficiency analyses in all areas of the company

•          Prepare timely financial reporting to management

•          Prepare cash-flow forecasting, control and monitor the company’s cash flow

•          Review month-end and year-end financial statement closing for the management

•          Plan, analyze financial data to determine costs of business activities

•          Responsible for ensuring compliance with group’s policies

•          Supervise the team to ensure all financial reporting duties and deadlines are met.

•          Support CFO with relevant duties as assigned.

•          Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements

•          Have audit experience.

Job Qualifications & Required Skills

•          Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/ACCA

•          Minimum 8 years of experience

•          Experience in leading and managing the Finance & Accounting Department

•          Full sets of accounting knowledge and good financial analysis skills

•          Proficient in MS ERP Navision , MS Office especially Excel

•          Committed to meet critical timeline and reporting requirements.

•          Good team player, communicator to interact with management.

•          Those who can start on a short notice will be advantageous.
