Finance Manager - Room for Advancement

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Assist the Head of Finance & Administration in the accounting, treasury and taxation functions of the Company. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the Company
• Responsible for budget planning as well as supporting management team in offering insights and financial advices
• To supervise the daily operations of Finance team and ensure that the monthly management accounts is submitted on time
• To handle treasury function of the Company
• To ensure that Company filed and compiled with tax deadlines
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors, bankers and tax consultants
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess at least a degree in Accounting, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience.
• Possess advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet skills.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
• A meticulous and organised individual with a very high attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills and be prepared to challenge the status quo.
• Preferably able to start work within short notice.
