Finance Manager Up to 7.7K West Contract - Join a Market Leader

Salary: Up to $7700 (Depending on experience) 
Location: West 
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am to 6 pm, Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Update monthly financial tracker & reporting deck 
• Perform manpower allocation/adjustment on quarterly/half yearly basis
• Perform allocation of central costs on monthly/quarterly basis
• Perform and prepare templates for monthly/quarterly revenue /expense accruals and any ad-hoc reclassification journal
• To perform month/year-end close activities
• Timely follow up on all outstanding issues 
• Work with Project teams to identify purchase order lines for retagging/closure and fixed assets for transfer/re-tag
• Request & seek approval for budget virement 
• Prepare templates with supporting documents to facilitate recovery of grants/expenses
• Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards, IMs and Government polices
• Participate in continuous system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
• Any other ad hoc projects and analysis work

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management would be beneficial 
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work with large amount of data and do hands-on tasks
• Proficient in Workday, Dashboarding tools and Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau.
• Programming knowledge such as python will be an added advantage.
