Job Description - Finance Manager - Venture Capital

We're working with a venture capital firm with over $3 billion in AUM who is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Singapore office.

Job Scope:

Prepare/ Oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting processes
Prepare quarterly and annual valuation on portfolio companies
Prepare/ Manage capital calls, distributions and calculation
Maintain and monitor cash flow forecasting, cash positions and liquidity management.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as fund administrators, legal counsel, tax advisors and auditors
Maintain and track the performance of portfolio companies
Prepare quarterly and annual portfolios valuation
Support regulatory reporting and filing. Assist on tax matters such as FATCA, CRS reporting.
Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant disciplines
Professional qualification such as CPA, CA is a plus
At least 6 years of experience in Private Equity/ Venture Capital
Team player, good communication skills
