Finance Procurement Analyst

Job Description:

• Attached to Finance Department
• Facilitate cost optimization and good governance through the establishment of a standard procurement operations process
• Ensure compliance of policies, processes and procedures to achieve seamless and efficient end-to-end procure-to-pay processes
• Collaborate closely with Group Procurement to operationalize sourcing activities through system
• Facilitate users with optimized processes
• Review and assess procurement objectives
• Participate in the evaluation of RFPs
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, policies and frameworks, principles and best practices
• Review and re-engineer procurement process with the implementation of procurement system
• Participate in system implementation through providing user requirements, test script planning and system testing to optimize efficiency and to optimize user experience
• Monitor and control of procurement activities
• Facilitate appropriate documentation, communication and training as part of change management and user support
• Monitor, analyse and provide periodic insights and reporting 
• Monitor, review and report the risk and effectiveness of service providers 
• Support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes
• Work closely with Accounts Payable team to ensure seamless processes for users

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Salary ranges between S$7,000 to S$8,000 per month
