Finance & Procurement Executive (11 yr contract) Up $5,500 - Exciting Challenge

Position Title: Senior Executive, Finance & Procurement

• Contract Duration: 1+1 Year Contract
• Salary Range: 5,000 - 5,500
• Location: Maxwell Road
• Work Arrangement : 2 Days WFH

You will join a team that is responsible for finance and procurement operations so as to ensure financial viability and to support strategic imperatives, while maintaining financial standards, governance and compliance.

Job Duties:

• Perform daily Account Receivables and Fixed Assets operations
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Administer and manage grants
• Perform timely month-end and year-end financial closing
• Provide secretarial support to Audit Committee
• Assist with budgeting, financial audits and procurement

Job Requirements

• Have at least 3 years’ working experience in a finance or accounting related job
• Preferably possess good understanding of Government Instruction Manuals on ‘Financial Control’ and ‘Procurement’
• Be meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task effectively
• Be self-motivated, purpose-driven and a team player
