Finance Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Description:

Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting and day-to-day finance functions, including but not limiting to the following:

1. Manage Finance Accounting Functions & manage timely and accurate month-end closing & reporting of results; 
2. Prepare monthly financial and management reports and variance analysis at company level and monthly consolidation accounts; 
3. Prepare and finalize annual audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors; 
4. Prepare consolidated data for the parent company's annual audited consolidated financial statement; 
5. Prepare tax computation;
6. Prepare GST report and GST returns for quarterly filing;
7. Involve in annual budget / rolling forecast 
8. Manage Fund Management in SAP; 
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls;
10. Involve in new processes, report automation and system implementation when required. 

Any tasks that may be assigned by Management as & when required. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance/business or equivalent qualifications 
• Relevant Experience and specific skills required 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing company/ big audit firm,
• Proficient & Hands-on with SAP Power BI and advanced Excel 
• Knowledge in consolidation accounting Knowledge of Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills
