Finance Systems Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Support the formulation and review of finance-related system processes and workflows.
• Assist with system implementation and enhancement projects, including:
  • Gathering, consolidating and reviewing stakeholder inputs on system requirements.
  • Liaising with external system contractors to resolve system incidents and implement change requests promptly.
  • Tracking the progress of system incidents and change requests.
  • Coordinating financial year-end activities.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Provide administrative support, including arranging and conducting meetings, preparing meeting notes, documentation and presentation materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance operations, system implementation, process improvement or project coordination is an advantage.
• Good understanding of finance-related processes and workflows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks, track progress and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes. 

Duration/Working Hours: 

12 months (Feb 2027 to Jan 2028) 

8.5 hours daily, excluding weekends and PH.
