JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with colleagues in transactions, capital raisings, and restructuring teams to support various activities:
• Creating business plans and drafting marketing materials like pitch presentations and information memorandums.
• Assisting in due diligence processes.
• Conducting comprehensive company and industry research.
• Developing and implementing concepts for clients.
• Creating and managing financial models, along with performing financial analyses.
• Communicating with clients and capital providers.
• Supporting senior staff in various tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Entrepreneurial team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of executing tasks efficiently under time constraints.
• Possesses strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with basic modeling abilities.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in finance and the maritime industry.
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
