Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and business analysis;
• Prepare financial performance reports and data analytic, including profit and loss, departmental KPI highlighting key trends and issues
• Perform fundamental and financial analysis;
• Provide supports in preparing investment proposal, business plans and presentation materials;
• Participate in business/project development and coordinate with internal departments and professional
• Maintain proper record of documents and provide administrative support;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, real estate, law or related discipline:
• At least 3 years' working experience preferably in accounting, market research, business development and investment analysıs;
• Experience in valuation firm will be definite asset,
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, understanding in Cantonese would be an asset;
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial model;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Well organized, attentive to details and willingness to learn;
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, presentation and report writing skills;
• Travel requirement (<10%)
