As a Financial Analyst, Finance, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Provide analyses to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Establish budgets, compiling management and departmental reports
• Analyze and report on monthly departmental performance, comparing actual figures to budgeted targets and identifying areas for improvement. 
• Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses, as well as scenario building, for both new and existing projects or strategic initiatives. 
• Support the annual revenue forecasting and projection processes. 
• Extract insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders using a mix of reports, dashboards, and innovative technologies. 
•  Act as a proactive finance liaison for the assigned functional department, providing guidance and influencing decision-making processes. 
• Participate in understanding system relationships, structures, and end-to-end flows. 
• Assist in system setup, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a University Degree in Business or professional qualification in Accountancy or equivalent preferred.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Possess Experience in healthcare industry with management accounting or data analytics will be advantageous
• Proficiency in SAP, Tableau or analytical tools will be an advantage
