Financial Controller (Real Estate)

What?

Our client, a reputable investment management firm is currently seeking for a Financial Controller supporting the CFO to drive the financials and its strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and taxation for its REIT . This incumbent requires to provide financial advisory to Management and the Board and partaking in their strategic decision making. He/She shall be overseeing the team, to empower and develop their career other than tasking on its financial, regulatory reporting (in accordance with SGX, MAS, and relevant accounting standards), tax, financing, and heavy business partnering with external stakeholders such as bankers, trustee and auditors. You will be given opportunity to monitor the risks management, and support projects related to M&A, capital raising and other strategic initiatives.

Who?

You should possesses a least of 15-18 years of relevant working experience in accounting/audit/finance, including at least 10-12 years of relevant experience in REITs, with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent. Chartered Accountant, CPA or ACCA. Be confident in managing stakeholders across the globe and able to work effectively under pressure in a driven and high-intensity environment.
