Job Description:
- He/she shall possess recognized qualification as indicated and registered with SCDF.
- He/she will assist the FOM in managing all Fire Safety related work and duties of FSM stipulated in the Fire Safety Act and contract.
- He/she will conduct daily checks within the premises to report and remove any fire hazard that is found within the premises.
- He/she will prepare and submit reports to the Authority on fire or other related matters when requested.
- He/she will also plan and coordinate the annual Fire Certificate renewal with respective user, PE etc before certificate expiry.
- He/she will prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises.
- He/she will plan and conduct fire drills for the occupants of the premises at least twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as may be directed by the Commissioner.
