Job Description

• Analyze current processes to identify AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs
• Review Vendor Deliverables to ensure governance check and balance
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness.
• Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Post Go-live and Sustainability
• Ensure AI Realization as per plan
• Enforce Proper Governance before commissioning solution transiting Human In the loop to Human out of the loop
• Identify opportunities of tuning to increase AI Accuracy for higher productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Wholesale or SME lending
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI implementation
• Strong understanding of credit principles, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with credit scoring models and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with credit platforms or digital lending solutions is a plus
