Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs related to the CRM next-generation platform. This role requires a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions that align with the bank's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects and programs, from initiation to successful deployment and post-implementation review.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee and manage multiple project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Engage with key stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business needs.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on project progress, performance metrics, and financial health to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technology delivery function, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to inform strategic planning and solution development.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of services.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master Degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory environments.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and relevant tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud platforms, digital transformation, and emerging technologies is a significant advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
