This is a full-time role for a Fitness Coach. The Fitness Coach is responsible for conducting comprehensive fitness assessments and consultations, developing customized one-on-one training programs, and closely monitoring clients’ progress to ensure they achieve their health and fitness goals.
The role focuses on delivering personalized coaching sessions, providing hands-on guidance in strength training, functional training, and cardiovascular conditioning, while ensuring proper exercise technique and injury prevention. The Fitness Coach will provide tailored nutritional guidance to support clients’ overall fitness plans and lifestyle goals.
In addition to training responsibilities, the Fitness Coach will assist with team day-to-day club operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. This includes ensuring the club remains clean, well-maintained, and welcoming at all times. The Fitness Coach is expected to contribute to a positive member experience by maintaining equipment, upholding safety standards, and fostering a friendly, motivating environment for all members.
The role also requires building strong client relationships, providing accountability and support, tracking client progress, and adjusting programs to drive measurable results.
