Fixed Asset Associate (1 Year, One North, UP$3400) - Urgent Hiring

• Manage and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist in the preparation of fixed asset schedules for financial reporting purposes
• Conduct physical asset counts and reconcile to the fixed asset register
• Work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy of fixed asset data
• Assist in the implementation of fixed asset policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members on fixed asset matters
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors as required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  CPA/ ACCA or similar qualification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP (any), MS Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
