MCT Trader LLP is a long-standing family owned vehicle dealership in Singapore, founded over 25 years ago. Our operations focused largely on the buying and selling of second-hand vehicles and vehicle rentals.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Support & Rescue Operator based in Singapore. The Fleet Support & Rescue Operator is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained, operational, and deployed efficiently.

Key responsibilities include managing servicing and inspection schedules, driving vehicles for maintenance and logistics purposes, coordinating repairs and breakdown support for rental vehicles, liaising with workshops and inspection centres, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role is hands-on and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence Must be able to drive manual car (Class 4 is welcomed but not mandatory)
• Comfortable driving and handling different types of vehicles
• Experience in fleet operations, automotive, logistics, or rental operations is an advantage
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in operational or fleet-related software tools is an advantage
• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory

Additional Information:

Working Conditions

• 6-day work week
• 8 hours per day / 44 hours per week
• Working hours: 09:00am – 6:00pm (1 hour break between)
