Flight Operations Agent/ Officer, Airline (Changi) - Rapid Progression

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Diploma holder in Aviation Management
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of airline Flight Operations related experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of CAAS regulations.
• Good understanding of aircraft load control knowledge.
• Willing to perform shift duties.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pro-active, self-motivated and resourceful individual who works well independently.
• Attention to details, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Check and gather flight movement messages.
• Check weather data to determine changes to flight routes.
• Ensure that flight operations are in compliance to all safety and security regulations and standards.
• Identify and report breaches of safety or security standards.
• Conduct flight briefing on Flight Plan and weather information for flight crew.
• Monitor flight schedules and communicate flight schedules and changes in flight schedules to all stakeholders.
• Monitor delays and arrange logistics for crew layover.
• Schedules and support ground transportation and accommodations for all crew members.
• Any other duties as assigned by Flight Operations manager.

• Working Hours: 9 hours/day (Shift rotational including nights)
• Working Days: 5 days/week (Shift rotational including weekends)
