FMCG Recruiter (6Months) Tampines - Hiring Immediately

Contract duration: 6 months

Location: Tampines North

Salary: Up to $3500

Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 6pm)

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals 
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews 
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process 
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment 
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs 
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information 
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to management 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  

Requirements 

• Preferably Diploma/ Degree holder with relevant working experience. 
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Preferred to have at least 1 year of relevant experience working in for a fast-paced environment
