Food & Nutrition Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, worktops, tables, appliances and equipment.
• Prepare kitchen equipment, utensils and ingredients for practical lessons and examinations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stock and asset tracking.
• Ensure kitchens are clean, organised and ready for daily use.
• Perform general office support duties during school holidays.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the school when required.

Requirements:

• Primary school education.
• Preferably able to communicate in English.
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and kitchen support duties.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
