Coordinating and ensuring smooth running of F&B services for inpatients' meals and in-house events in the hospital.
Taking/compiling meal orders for private and special diet patients
Taking note of patient's dietary requirements and ensuring that meals are dispatched to the wards timely and correctly
Attend and resolve patients' complaints, and tabulate patients' feedback for management review.

Job Requirement:

Interest in food & nutrition and the various diet requirements
Diligent, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Competent in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills
