food court manager

• Need to work for long hours until the middle of the night.
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food and services
• keep the cafe's cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle and resolve issues or complaints
• To supervise all staff in their duties
• To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
• Evaluate the operations and procedures, and suggest improvements
• Attend trainings/meetings when required
• Handles manpower staffing and scheduling of staff roster
• Evaluate staff performance

Requirements:

• minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience at a management level in F&B Industry
• Initiative and with leadership skills to manage a team, mature, outgoing and guest-oriented, good communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
• A good team player with a positive attitude.
