💰Salary: $3,500 –$4,000/month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Operations Executive to oversee daily food production operations and drive continuous process improvements. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing who are passionate about delivering quality products while improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of food preparation and ready meal production.
• Translate customer requirements into product specifications and production processes.
• Develop and optimise production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or an industrial central kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food processing technologies and large-scale production equipment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts (night shift required for one vacancy).
