Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop efficient daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize downtime

Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict hygiene standards, including HACCP and GMP, to ensure product integrity and safety

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, motivation, and workplace safety.

Cost & Inventory Management: Oversee raw material inventory, coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages, and manage departmental budgets.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure machinery and facilities undergo regular maintenance to minimize breakdowns and maximize lifespan.
