FP&A Director

We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organisation.

You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead monthly management reporting, and variance analysis
2. Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across the organisation
3. Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management reviews
4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline
2. Professional certification (CA/CPA) required
3. Minimum 15 years of experience in a MNC environment, with team leadership experience
4. Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management
5. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
6. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
