FP&A Executive (Global FMCG MNC)

A global consumer goods company is seeking a high‑potential FP&A Executive to join its regional Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a commercial finance role and gain exposure to business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a fast‑moving industry.

What You’ll Do

1. Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
2. Analyse financial results, identify trends, and prepare management insights
3. Assist in building financial models and dashboards for business stakeholders
4. Partner with cross‑functional teams on cost reviews and business performance tracking
5. Participate in annual planning cycles and ad‑hoc strategic projects

Who We’re Looking For

1. At least 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or finance
2. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3. Auditors from Big 4 or mid‑tier firms are encouraged to apply
4. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel
5. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
6. A proactive learner with strong communication skills
