Jaga-Me is looking for nurses who are passionate in providing holistic and compassionate care. 

Jaga-Me is a healthcare technology company that aims to transform the way healthcare is delivered to our loved ones, by easing the burden on family caregivers when navigating the healthcare system, particularly during patient discharge and transition to home care.

As a JagaPro Nurse, you will be providing quality care to patients so that they are able to to live their life in the way they want and prevent unnecessary visits to the hospital. You will play an important and meaningful role in their health, wellness and quality of life. 

This job is on a freelance basis. You can commit to permanent cases or you can participate in ad-hoc care, and you are able to choose the cases that you are available for. 

What will you be required to do?

• Simple wound management
  


• Tracheostomy care
  


• Stoma care
  


• Catheter & drain care
  


• Oral Suctioning
  


• Companionship
  


• Night-time Caregiving
  


• Exercise
  


• Showering
  


• Dressing
  


• Medical Escort/Transportation
  


• Light meal preparation and feeding
  

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and PRs only
• At least 3 years of acute ward experience
• Valid Certification from the Singapore Nursing Board
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate

Required Competences in 2 or more of the following skills:

• NGT Insertion
• Catheterization
• Wound Dressing and Management
• Injections (SC/IM/IV)
• Venepuncture
• Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning
• Colostomy Care
• Removal of Stitches/ Staples
