Job Responsibilities:
- Bring in new clients for our organization while retaining the existing ones.You will act as the key point of contact for our clients.
- Conduct, negotiate contracts, & finalize sales deals.
- Responsible for AR collections.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients inquiries, issues, and requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Work with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to maintain and boost customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and transportation modes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize task, and manage time effectively
- Working knowlegde of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
