Freight Sales Executive - Outdoor (Logistics/Air or Ocean Freight) - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities:

• Actively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and meeting with potential clients. 
• Utilize market knowledge and research to identify prospective leads.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients, perform rate negotiations to secure contracts while maintaining company profit margins, and diligently follow up on quotation statuses to close sales deals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. 
• Understand client needs and preferences to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, which will contribute to repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to guarantee that all shipments are organized and executed flawlessly. 
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process in a timely and professional manner.
• To explore potential sales opportunities and acquire new customer.
• Outdoor work is required

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years outdoor-sales working experience in service industry or have experience in  Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
• Aggressive, outgoing, initiative and responsible person
• Independent and self-driven
