Job Description:

Manage KGA booking system
Liaising with clients through phone, email and in person to arrange classes, trial classes and following up for feedback
Provide feedback to parents
Manage inventory
Explain how the KGA classes and system works (Training Provided)

Job Requirements:

Warm and outgoing personality who loves children and people in general
Organised, punctual and efficient at administration
Experienced in front desk role dealing with enquiries / customer service
Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
Willing to learn and grow with the company
Able to commit on both weekends

Working hours

Weekdays - 3pm to 7pm (Off day on weekdays)

Weekends - 8am to 4pm

Job Location: Either Katong or Orchard
