Job Description:
- Manage KGA booking system
- Liaising with clients through phone, email and in person to arrange classes, trial classes and following up for feedback
- Provide feedback to parents
- Manage inventory
- Explain how the KGA classes and system works (Training Provided)
Job Requirements:
- Warm and outgoing personality who loves children and people in general
- Organised, punctual and efficient at administration
- Experienced in front desk role dealing with enquiries / customer service
- Positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Able to commit on both weekends
Working hours
Weekdays - 3pm to 7pm (Off day on weekdays)
Weekends - 8am to 4pm
Job Location: Either Katong or Orchard
