Front Desk & Administrative Assistant

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, parcels and courier services.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry.
• Assist with appointments, room bookings and other office arrangements.
• Verify documents and supporting information for completeness.
• Support daily office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, front desk or administrative support.
• School environment experience is preferred.
• Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duration/Working Hours

3 months (Oct 2026 to Dec 2026) - subj to extension based on performance

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.00pm

Fridays: 7.00 am to 3.30pm

42 hour per week, excluding weekends and PH.
