What you’ll do

• Handle guest check-in & check-out
• Update guest details and bookings in the hotel system
• Coordinate daily arrivals, departures, and room readiness
• Ensure cleanliness of public and guest areas
• Replenish pantry amenities
• Prepare simple daily reports
• Support online bookings via Booking.com, Agoda, etc.

• Independent, adaptable, and service-oriented
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working shifts and weekends
