Front Desk Officer (Aftersales), $2,500 OT allowance bonus [CS] - Room for Advancement

• $2,500 or higher + OT allowance + bonus
• Experience as a receptionist or customer service.

• Understanding of clear communication ethics to ensure good delivery of the clienteles requirement. 
• Understanding of retail transactions settlement management in terms of summarization and verification for account use.

Our client is an official exclusive distributor of a major Automotive Corporation. They seek qualified candidates to fill the position of a Front Desk Officer who are committed to delivering customer-centric service and total ownership experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries, take/pass messages to recipients.
• Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
• Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations.
• Responsible for incoming mails, parcels and front desk’s petty cash.
• Manage hardcopy filing of the front desk’s monthly report.
• Coordinate with chauffeur on pickups and sending off customers.
• Summaries and verify retail transactions settlement for account use.
• Custodian for customer area’s cleanliness.
• General ad hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Having experience as a receptionist or customer service is preferred. 
• Toggling between service centers is expected. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : East, Ubi 
• Working Days/Hours : 5.25 days/office hours

Mondays to Fridays: 7.45 am to 5.15pm

Saturday (Alternate): 7.45 am to 11.45am 

• Salary : $2,500 higher + OT allowance (Gross up till $3,000) + Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
