Job Summary
The Front Office Ambassador serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Your responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. You will ensure keys are handed back on guests' departure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins & check-outs
- Perform room blocking and issuance of guest room keys
- Handle guest enquires and feedback
- Attend to customer’s need and ensure customer satisfaction
- Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Helps encourage customer loyalty by building friendly, personalized relationships
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What we need from you
- A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
- Able to adapt in a fast pace environment
- Possess a pleasant personality and have strong communication skills
