Front Office Assistant (Hotel Novena Up to $3000) CW8 - Collaborative Environment

• 5 days per week, 8-9 hours per day (Include meal break)
• Morning, Noon, Night (Rotating)
• Salary $2000 - $3000

• Location: Novena / Sentosa

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provided courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when necessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests

Requirement

• 1 - 2 experience in front line operation / receptionist in relevant industry is a plus
• Passionate to hotel industry and deal with people
• Comfortable with rotating shift
